This newly built luxury chalet (2012) in Mauterndorf leaves nothing to be desired. The detached house, in which you'll be the only guests, is located at the edge of the village of Mauterndorf, in the beautiful, sunny Lungau. As soon as you enter, you'll feel right at home. The chalet is comfortably furnished and equipped with all possible luxury. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and each bedroom is fitted with a flat screen TV. There's an in-house wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and walk-in shower. There's an indoor garage with ski storage and ski boot warmers and WiFi internet in the house. The living room is very spacious and tastefully furnished with a nice, original Austrian dining corner and a luxurious, fully equipped open kitchen. There even is a nice fireplace for those beautiful winter evenings. From the chalet and from the various, sunny terraces and balconies you'll have a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the picturesque villlage of Mauterndorf. The chalet is located in Mauterndorf, in the heart of the Lungau. This is the region with the most hours of sun in all of Austria, with very friendly people, fantastic ski pistes, cycling and and hiking routes, golf courses and much more. During stays from 1 June to 31 October, all guests (except school groups) receive the Lungau card for free. This is a benefits card that grants you free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and much more!
