This spacious luxury villa is set in a quiet, yet central location in an area called Thumersbach, in famous Zell am See, within walking distance of Lake Zell. The house is split into 3 separate apartments, all offering plenty of space and comfort. Your apartment is situated on the ground floor and the first floor. It features a spacious and nicely furnished living room and a separate lounge with a wood-burning stove. The living room has direct access to the large terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment. And with 5 bedrooms, there are plenty of sleeping places too. Your balcony offers some stunning views across the surrounding mountains and of Lake Zell. The garden is large enough for the kids to play and to have a nice barbecue meal together. You can park your car underneath the carport or on the other side of the street. After a busy day out, the communal wellness area with sauna is a great place to relax. The well-known lake with shops (the bakery is already open at 6:30) and restaurants is only 300 meters away and the centre of Zell am See is 4 km away. The direct surroundings offer plenty of activities and interesting sights including the glacier and reservoir lakes of Kaprun, the Grossglocknerstrasse, the Krimml waterfalls and the beautiful city of Salzburg as well as swimming and sunbathing at the lake or enjoying a drink at one of the outdoor cafes in Zell am See. All in all, this makes for a perfect holiday destination, both in summer and in winter.
