This beautiful chalet with private swimming pool, in which you'll be the only guests, is located in famous Zell am See, between the beautiful lake, the lifts to the skiing area, beautiful golf courses and of course the breathtaking view. The location is unique because it's situated just above the town; this way you have a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, both during the summer and winter. The piste is almost next to the house, so it's a real ski-in, ski-out location. The piste is even open during a number of evenings. If there's no snow, you'll have a large private garden with a great terrace at your disposal. The spacious house with high-quality furnishings is suitable for up to 9 people. Because of the position of the house on a hill slope, both the living and dining room as well as the terrace and garden are on the first floor. You'll have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal, distributed across 2 floors. The house features a unique indoor pool with current installation, which can be used for a fee. Thanks to its location near the piste and ski lift, this chalet is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Within a few minutes you can be standing on your skis and enjoy the large skiing area of Zell am See. Of course this also is a good location for other activities. Cross-country skiing trails, hiking trails and shopping possibilities can all be found within a short distance. On foot, you can be in the centre in a few minutes; here you'll find plenty of restaurants and nightlife. The Salzburgerland also offers many possibilities during the summer. Zell am Zee itself with its beautiful lake and city centre speaks for itself. The house is within a stone's throw from Kaprun with its glacier where you can ski almost all year round, the Großglockner, Austria's highest mountain, the Krimmler waterfalls and the city of Salzburg.
