This beautiful house is in a wonderfully sunny location in the charming village of Kleinarl. The ground floor of the house contains a spacious, fully renovated apartment lovingly decorated by the owners. The living room is equipped with a dining and sitting area with an open-plan kitchen. The generously sized bedroom is furnished in a warm and cosy design. The house is surrounded by an enormous garden with play structures for the kids. You also have your own private terrace with a grill so you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains to the fullest. In summer, the nearby Jägersee is a great place to cool off. The Kleinarl ski area is just a few minutes away by car or with the ski bus. You can also drive to the adjacent town of Wagrain, where you can ski as far as St Johann/Alpendorf or Flachau. As a guest you receive 3 hours per day (weather throughout the day) free access to the outdoor and indoor swimming pool Wasserwelt in Wagrain.
