Sautens is located 52 km to the west of Innsbruck at the mouth of the Ötz Valley. Landhaus Strigl is located in the centre of Sautens. The well maintained flat (100 m2) is located on the 1st and 2nd floors with balcony on the front and has a large kitchen, a comfortable living room and 3 bedrooms. In the summer you can relax in a very nice garden hut with grill, garden furniture and its own coffee machine. In the Winter it is 100 m to the ski bus, which will take you to the wonderful ski area of Ötz-Hochötz.
