Beautiful spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the Sonnberg, one of the most beautiful and most sunny places in Kirchberg. The spacious, south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a beautiful living room with dining area in Austrian style, a pleasant seating area with comfortable sofa (also sofa bed) and TV (cable). There's an open, fully equipped kitchen with all modern built-in appliances. Large doors lead from the living room to a large balcony (20 m²) with panoramic view. There are two carport places directly by the apartment and there's a heated ski room in the apartment building. The centre of Kirchberg and the main gondola stations from the Kitzbüheler Alps skiing area can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The location of the apartments is unique, mostly during the summer. You can find many sun hours on the balcony, and various hiking and cycling paths, beautiful lakes and different outdoor sports possibilities in the immediate vicinity.
