This spacious and comfortable penthouse is located right in the middle of the charming Schüttdorf neighbourhood just 750 metres from the Areit ski lift - in Zell am See, where you will find lots of little shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity. The penthouse is situated on the 2nd floor and contains a very spacious, comfortable and luxuriously appointed living room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the enormous roof terrace (120 m2), where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding town and beautiful mountains. There are no fewer than 3 bedrooms at your disposal, each with its own bathroom. There are two parking spaces available. Thanks to the location close to the ski lift, this penthouse is ideal for winter sport enthusiasts. You can be on your skis in just a few minutes, hitting the slopes at Zell am See's large ski area. Of course this is also a great location for other activities too. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths and shopping options are all only a short distance away. The state of Salzburg has lots to see and do in summer as well. Zell am See is a destination in itself, with its fabulous lake and lovely town centre. Kaprun, with a glacier where you can ski practically year round, the Grossglockner (the highest mountain in Austria), the Krimmler Falls and the city of Salzburg are all just a stone's throw away. The caretaker offers an additional grocery shopping service. She will contact you by email around one week before arrival and will send you a shopping list. If you are interested, you can indicate which groceries you would like to have stocked when you arrive. She will take care of the shopping and you will find the requested items in the kitchen when you arrive. It will save you time and cargo space!
