During the winter you can ski all the way to the front door and the ski school is only 200 m away. This means that you won't need your car here! During the winter season, the skiing area is suitable for both beginning and more experienced skiers and snowboarders. The skiing area consists of 4 different areas at altitudes between 1050 and 2310 m. The areas, with in total 300 km in pistes, consist of Obertauern, Grosseck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg and Fanningberg. The Lungau area is known for its many sun hours and guaranteed snow; it's characterized by high mountains, green hills, forests, lakes, gorges, caves and waterfalls. In the village you'll find the start of a hiking trail which will lead you along beautiful waterfalls. The apartment offers serenity, while young and old can enjoy the many activities in the direct vicinity, both during winter and summer. The Penthouse is located on the second floor and is suitable for up to 6 people. The unique thing about it is of the course the direct view of the piste behind the house. You can literally turn along with the sun on the very spacious roof garden en enjoy the gorgeous views.
