Spacious modern holiday home in a quiet location in the heart of Bezau

Bezau is located approximately 30 km southeast of Bregenz in the Bregenz Forest. The Moosbrugger holiday home is 1 km away from the city centre in a central, quiet and sunny location. The spacious apartment with 170 sq. m. is spread out across the first floor as well as the attic and is modernly and very tastefully decorated. The ground floor houses the owner's shop for traditional attire. Across two floors you will have two very spacious living rooms with cosy seating sets as well as dining tables, two kitchens, four bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The tiled stove on the first floor can be heated by the owner upon request. A lovely terrace and three balconies invite you to linger. The ski bus stops conveniently in front of the house and takes you to the nearby skiing area of Damüls/Mellau. In the summer there is also a garden available for use, all guests receive the free Bregenz Forest Card, with which one has free use of all outdoor pools and mountain railways in the Bregenz Forest region. A wonderful house for a relaxing holiday.
