Apartment in beautiful, peaceful environment

Apartment Monika enjoys a beautiful, quiet location, not far from the centre of Brixen. The apartment features a spacious living room with Austrian dining corner, stove, seating area with satellite TV/DVD/HiFi and a single bed sofa. There are two double bedrooms, one of which with access to the balcony. Pull-out bed for 1 person available. Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Two balconies; 1 east and 1 west-facing, both with a magnificent view. Private parking place at the apartment building. The centre of Brixen offers a wide selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The free ski bus stops in the street and takes you to Brixen's main gondola in a few minutes. It's also possible to ski back to the apartment, using the Götchen piste. This way you'll only have to walk a few minutes. From this spot you can also go towards the practice lift on your skis in the morning and take the gondola from there into the skiing area. The cross-country trails run directly by the apartment. A number of walking and cycling trails also start right at the apartment, for example to Kirchberg and Kitzbühel. Using a beautiful walking trail, you can be at Brixen's Badesee in 15 minutes; it's a beautiful swimming lake. In the direct vicinity you'll also find an equestrian centre and different outdoor sports possibilities.
