This luxurious four-under-one-roof house is located in a unique holiday village in Obertraun, at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee. Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. During the summer it's a popular holiday area and during the winter a busy skiing area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1997. The luxurious four-under-one-roof chalet is certainly worth four stars. Besides the tasteful living room with modern open kitchen, you'll have 2 bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a separate bedroom the first floor. The chalet has a private parking space. Thanks to the landscaping of the resort, the park is one with its surroundings and it's situated in the middle of overwhelming nature. In the holiday village you'll find a central building with many possibilities like a restaurant, indoor swimming pool, sun terrace, wellness, mini market, animation for children and fitness studio (for a fee). The public beach of the lake is located within walking distance. During the winter, the ski bus stops in front of the door and you can arrange ski rental on site.
