This great wooden chalet is located in the smallest city in the world. Durbuy is located on the banks of the Ourthe and at the feet of the Ardennes. For lovers of good food, cosy terraces and fun shops, Durbuy is a true paradise. Of course there are plenty of walking opportunities, go kayaking on the Ourthe, go on a mountain biking trip or explore the forest on horseback. The region of Durbuy is an important tourist area. Visit the 'confiturerie Saint-amour', the traditional beer brewery 'La Ferme au Chêne' or the diamond museum 'Diamour.' The 'Topiaires park' will especially surprise you with its unique collection of buxus statues. Besides 'the smallest city in the world' there are other attractions too: the domain of 'Hottemme' - a must for animal and nature fans. The castle farm of Grandhan of the 15th century, the Roman churches of Tohogne and Bomal where the Aisne and the Ourthe flow together. The dolmen and menhir of Wéris and the Caves of Hotton are definitely worth a visit too. After an active day you can relax in the garden with a bite to eat and a drink.
