Very beautiful villa of the 30s, beautiful park with old trees, swimming pool

At the edge of a large forest, in a very quiet place, this beautiful villa of the 30s is in the middle of a large park: they are old trees that will shade you to enjoy a good barbecue. The house is spacious and bright, and is harmoniously arranged around a large stairwell. In the basement, two playrooms have been set up, allowing you to play either table football or billiards. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and a very pleasant living room, decorated with an open fire. On the floors, bedrooms and many bathrooms, with a wood floor recovered that gives a lot of charm. A few meters from the house, a beautiful swimming pool awaits you, surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing ! Next to the pool, a small annex with a shower and a toilet. An idyllic place to meet with family or friends. The immediate area allows for beautiful walks in the forest, of course, but also bike rides, and St Hubert, the hunting capital, is not far away. We are in the heart of the Ardennes.
