Small and charming link-detached gte on a converted farm with its own terrace
Built in 1795 and once part of a farm, this small, link-detached holiday home has preserved much of its historical ambience. In winter it's a delight to sit in front of the open fireplace as the wood crackles, and in summer you can enjoy meals on your own terrace. The lovely garden, including a petanque court, is shared with two other residences and offers a partial view of a nature preserve. There is no shortage of tranquillity and nature in this hamlet. The home is also equipped with all the modern amenities that you could ask for, such as a renovated bathroom and a dishwasher. Because the house is part of the larger BE-6690-87, you can easily go on holiday with an entire group and still have privacy. Not only does the tranquil location make it an ideal base for hiking and cycling, but there is also a cross-country ski trail from the Baraque de Fraiture winter sport station that runs practically alongside the residence. And towns such as Houffalize, Vielsalm, La Roche en Ardenne, Bastogne and Francorchamps are definitely worth a visit as well.
