In the middle of the beautiful Spertental area, in the idyllic little village of Aschau, you will find this charming chalet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The chalet was furnished by an interior designer and represents the perfect combination of modern comfort and country style. On the first floor you will find a comfortable living room with seating area and dining table for 6 people, an open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, as well as the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The first floor offers access to a balcony with garden furniture and a stunning view. On the ground floor there are 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. From the ground floor you have access to the terrace with dining table and the garden. The numerous hiking trails through the picturesque Spertental will bring you to the most beautiful Tyrolean mountain huts, where you can enjoy the best regional specialities. This chalet is also ideally located in the winter. One of the most beautiful pistes in the Kitzbühel Alps skiing area is the descent into Aschau, which ends about 250 m in front of the house. The ski bus stop is only 150 m away from the chalet. The free ski bus takes you to the Ki-West Gondola (skiing area of Westendorf) in 5 minutes and to the Pengelstein Gondola (Kirchberg-Kitzbühel skiing area) in 10 minutes. You will find various good restaurants in Aschau (150 m), a supermarket, (150 m) and a ski school with practice slope (250 m).
