Smart-TV and comfortable TV chairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and all other kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment building. From the apartment you can walk to the Hahnenkamm gondola and the ski school in just 5 minutes. The 'Aquarena' with swimming pool, sauna and steam baths can also be reached on foot. In the centre of Kitzbühel you'll find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. You can leave the car all week.
