This beautiful house is reached by a private road with stones and is located on a fenced plot of 2.5 ha. On three sides, the land is surrounded by woods and in the middle you will find a large lake. Warning: The lake is not fenced. At the entrance you will have a raised terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a lawn for sunbathing. The property is ideal for dogs with lots of space around the house and nature. You can log out of your life completely because it's very quiet and there is no wifi! This house is also right next to marked walks in the town of Paliseul 31 walks 3,5km 14km totaling 223km walk. A map of these walks can be made available. There are also mountain bike circuits: 9 signposted walks with varying degrees of difficulty for a total of 174km.
