Detached Chalet with a breathtaking view, practically on the piste

In cosy Ellmau, with a magnificent view of the mountain landscape of the Wilder Kaiser, near the piste, you will find your luxury chalet with its own sauna. A wonderful place to enjoy Ellmau's beautiful nature in both summer and winter day. The Chalet covers three floors, all of which are warmly decorated with authentic Austrian details and many "Zirbenholz". On the ground floor is the lovely, and above all, spacious living room with dining room where you can dine with the entire party. The open kitchen, which is also made of beautiful wood, has all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and hob. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor. The other bedrooms and bathroom are located in the basement with access to the garden. Here too is the wonderful private sauna where you can relax after a strenuous day. What makes your chalet unique, in addition to the optimal location relative to the slopes, is the large balcony on 2 floors, where you can enjoy the sun and you really have a fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser that will never get boring. For your cars there is one place in the garage, and there are also 4 general parking places. The location of the chalet is a short distance from the ski run "Hausbergabfahrt" so that the skiers can walk to (and from) the slopes. Ellmau is a great place for winter sports; with the ski lift you have access to the largest continuous skiing ate of Tyrol and in the pleasant village centre you can enjoy an apres ski. The lit toboggan run, which can also be used in the evening, is highly recommended! After skiing, or as a day trip in between, we recommend the Kaiserbad, a large indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities and outdoor pool. The surroundings are of course also very nice for a wonderful stay during the summer. The mountainous hiking and cycling paradise of the Wilder Kaiser offers many beautiful trails. Ellmau also is a very child-friendly destination; during the summer you can also take a trip to Ellmi's Magical World. This is a children's amusement park of over 4,000 m2 on the Hartkaiser.
