Between the Zeller Bergbahn, Schmittenhöhe bahn and Sonnalmbahn. You can ski down (Nord-Schmittenhöhe slope) to within 50 metres of the chalet and you can get on your skis just 200 metres away or take the ski bus to the lift, which picks up just 70 metres away. The town and the lake is just a ten-minute walk away. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a large living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
