You can ski down (Nord-Schmittenhöhe slope) to within 50 metres of the chalet and you can get on your skis just 200 metres away or take the ski bus to the lift, which picks up just 70 metres away. The town and the lake is just a ten-minute walk away. Your modern yet cosy apartment is situated on the mezzanine between the 1st and 2nd floors and has a living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
