Luxurious Chalet, directly by the piste, with a private sauna and high-quality furnishings
This very luxurious, detached chalet is located in the beautiful Lungau, in a very unique location directly by the Tschaneck piste on the beautiful Katschberg (at an altitude of 1,600 m) with guaranteed snow. It's nearly a ski in, ski out location. The warm atmosphere, the great typical Austrian details, the high-quality materials, lots of wood and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. On the ground floor you'll have a spacious, very nicely furnished living room and open kitchen at your disposal. From the living room you'll have direct access to the beautiful terrace and the surrounding garden. There's a wood-burning stove for those colder evenings. On this floor you'll also find the first bedroom and bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms, also furnished with high-quality materials, can be found on the first floor. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. For your complete relaxation, there also is a private sauna. This chalet would best suit a group of up to 8 adults and 2 children; 2 of the 10 sleeping places are situated on the mezzanine. In the immediate vicinity of the chalet you'll find several restaurants and shops. Of course there are countless possibilities in the winter, together with the location even unique, but thanks to the location at the border between Carinthia and Salzburgerland, there are also plenty of possibilities during the rest of the year; for example hiking, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, tobogganing, golf and tennis. A visit to one of the many lakes in Carinthia is certainly recommended on a warm day. In short, a beautiful and luxurious chalet in a unique location, highly recommended. There are actually 2 identical chalets next to each other; they can be rented rented separately or together. Particulars: the house is currently being built and will be finished in November 2018. The pictures/floor plans are symbolic for the comfort level, but they can differ from reality. The final pictures are expected in late December 2018.
