You can be on your skis in just a few minutes, hitting the slopes at Zell am See's large ski area. Of course this is also a great location for other activities too. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths and shopping options are all only a short distance away. The state of Salzburg has lots to see and do in summer as well. Zell am See is a destination in itself, with its fabulous lake and lovely town centre. Just a stone's throw away is Kaprun, with a glacier where you can ski practically year round, the Grossglockner (the highest mountain in Austria), the Krimmler Falls and the city of Salzburg. The ideal spot for a holiday to remember!
