New beautiful 5 star luxury chalet with in-house wellness!

This newly built luxury chalet sleeps up to 12 people. The detached house, in which you'll be the only guests, is located at the edge of the village of Mauterndorf, in the beautiful sunny Lungau, directly near hiking trails and next to the cross-country skiing trail. As soon as you enter, you'll feel right at home. The chalet is comfortably furnished and equipped with all possible luxury. Besides 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet also features its own wellness room, where you can recharge you batteries in the jacuzzi or sauna after a long walk or a beautiful day on the piste. Slippers and bathrobes on request ( surcharge of €10 per person). All bedrooms, the living room and the wellness room feature a TV. There's free wireless internet available in the entire house. The living room of this chalet and the fully equipped, open designer kitchen (including for example a Nespresso coffee machine) is spacious and is very tastefully decorated. In the living room you'll also find a game console (PlayStation4 with three controllers), as well as board, card and parlour games. The fireplace calls for a pleasant evening (plenty of fire wood and fire starters available). There are 6 parking spaces available, 2 of which in the garage, which also features a ski room with ski boot warmers. Both from the chalet and from the various, sunny terraces and balconies you'll have a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the picturesque village of Mauterndorf. On the terrace you'll also find a barbecue, which needs to be cleaned after use. Otherwise you'll be charged €30 cleaning costs. N.B.: someone from domestic service will normally collect (IN CASH) the additional costs which need to be paid on site (final cleaning, towels, bedding, etc.) on Mondays (between 17:00 and 20:00). During stays from 1 June to 31 October, all guests (except school groups) receive the Lungau card for free. This is a discount card that grants you free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and much more!
