This magnificent Chalet is located just outside the neighbourhood of Worth, in the well-known and pleasant village of Rauris. You'll have the entire chalet, which was renovated in the spring of 2018, to yourself, so you'll have plenty of privacy. The accommodation consists of no less than 240 m2, divided over 3 floors. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a nicely furnished living room with a luxury, open kitchen. The use of warm, high-quality materials, combined with the typical, traditional, Austrian details, gives this place a lovely, homely atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find 4 spacious, modern bedrooms and 2 wonderful bathrooms. Don't miss the opportunity to go out and relax on the balcony, which offers some stunning views. Another great place to relax is in your private sauna in the basement. This is also where you'll find a spacious ski storage area as well as the 6th bedroom, which makes a good children's bedroom. The magnificent refurbishment has turned this house into a beautiful accommodation, which is well worth 4 stars. The location is perfect for those who want to really unwind. Walking, cross-country skiing or going on a tour with a sleigh. The area around Kol Saigurn in national park Hohe Tuern comes highly recommended for tour skiers or snow shoe walkers. The ski pistes can be reached quickly and are about 6 km away. There are several restaurants in the area. Particulars: during heavy snowfall in the winter, you might need snow chains to reach the holiday home by car. Besides the fact that between November 1st and April 15th it's mandatory in Austria to have snow chains with you, it's certainly also recommended.
