This magnificent Chalet is located just outside the neighbourhood of Worth, in the well-known and pleasant village of Rauris. You'll have the entire chalet, which was renovated in the spring of 2018, to yourself, so you'll have plenty of privacy. You'll have no less than 160 m2, divided over 2 floors, at your disposal. The ground floor features a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a nicely furnished living room with a luxury open kitchen. The use of warm, high-quality materials, combined with the typical, traditional, Austrian details, gives this place a lovely, homely atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find 3 spacious, modern bedrooms and 2 wonderful bathrooms. Don't miss the opportunity to go out and relax on the balcony, which offers some stunning views. The magnificent refurbishment has turned this house into a beautiful accommodation, which is well worth 4 stars. The location is perfect for those who want to really unwind. Winter activities include walking, cross-country skiing and sleigh rides. The area around Kol Saigurn in national park Hohe Tuern comes highly recommended for tour skiers or snow shoe walkers. The ski pistes can be reached quickly and are about 6 km away. There are several restaurants in the area. In summer, a visit to Rauris, part of the Hohe Tauern National Park, comes highly recommended. The stunning natural surroundings, with their famous primeval forests, are the perfect place to unwind. All major sights in Rauris and the Salzburg area are easy to get to. For active holidaymakers, there are some magnificent hiking and mountain biking trails. Particulars: during heavy snowfall in the winter, you might need snow chains to reach the holiday home by car. Besides the fact that between November 1st and April 15th it's mandatory in Austria to have snow chains with you, it's certainly also recommended.
