This is a nice and modern apartment near the town centre. Spacious rooms, the quiet location and easy access to the region's activities make this apartment stand out. These features are popular in the summer and winter seasons. In addition, the terrace with barbecue is ideal for outdoor gatherings. There's room for your skis in case you want to spend the night in the skiing area. The cable car with access to "SkiWelt" (Ski World) is only a short car ride away and from there, you can go to Westendorf or in the other direction, to Hochbrixen. The distance to the ski shuttle is approx. 700 metres. Therefore, this property is a true gem in the area! The last 100 metres of the road leading to the house are a bit steep to navigate, but you can park your car at the foot of the hill. Caution: In extreme winter conditions, for the final 100 meters to the holiday home snow chains or a four-wheel drive is necessary.
