One of the 5 Alpine pearls of Austria, the beautiful and idyllic Werfenweng, is only a few minutes away from the A10 motorway. The surroundings and vistas are truly breathtaking and provide you with everything you'd expect of a mountain location. Within walking distance of the centre you will find this beautiful apartment complex in which this spacious apartment is located on the ground floor. The first thing you'll notice upon entering your accommodation, is the enormous amount of space you'll have at your disposal. The high-quality furnished living room with an eye for detail, has a beautiful modern open kitchen, a spacious sitting area and a cosy dining area. You also have direct access to your private garden with a beautiful terrace. Each bedroom is carefully furnished with high-quality materials. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you'll have 2 bathrooms at your disposal. In the basement of the complex, you'll find a wonderful sauna, which is for communal use and a great place to relax. There's also a storage area here, where you can leave your ski gear and dry your boots in winter, or store your bikes in summer. The penthouse comes with 2 parking spaces, one of which is covered. Specifics: the house is under construction and will be ready in October 2018, the displayed photos may differ from reality, the comfort level is comparable. The final photos are expected in early December. Werfenweng is a very attractive region, both in winter and summer. The town centre offers plenty of shops and restaurants, and can be reached on foot. On hot days, the nearby Wengsee lake is the perfect place to cool down. Other activities include hiking, mountain biking, interesting day trips, a visit to the city of Salzburg, adventure parks and paragliding. In winter, the modern skiing area offers blue, red and black pistes, making it perfect for young families. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing (57km), snow boot walking and sleigh rides. Definitely highly recommended! Werfenweng is a small, family skiing area, yet it's close by the largest ski resort in Europe: Ski Amadé. (In total, 270 ski lifts and cable cars and more than 860 km of pistes).
