The house is equipped with all modern comforts; in the basement, you'll find a large communal living and dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large cold storage and even a disco room. There's free Wi-Fi, satellite TV in the dining and living room, satellite TV in the bedroom. All bedrooms feature a shower and toilet. During the winter you'll find the nearest bus stop at just 200 m from the house; from here the ski bus will bring you to the skiing area of Hochkössen for free. The nearest cross-country trail of Kaiserwinkl is located directly near the house.
