This beautiful detached holiday home was completely renovated in late 2015 and offers ample space for 18 people. The finish is modern and luxurious with authentic Austrian details. The large kitchen is in the middle of the ground floor, with access to the large dining room. The kitchen also offers access to the enormous garden. On the other side is a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and three bedrooms with an additional bathroom down the hall. The sauna, which is located in the basement of the house, provides the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after an active day. This holiday home is highly suitable for several families who, as well as being together, also enjoy their privacy. Mauterndorf is situated between different ski areas such as Grosseck, Obertauern and Katschberg. The ski bus from Mauterndorf goes to all these areas. The ideal starting point for skiers who like to experience different areas. Also, in the summer, the beautiful surroundings of Lungau have a lot to offer the active and less active holiday maker alike. Please note: Guests staying from June 1st until the 31st October will receive the Lungaucard for free (with the exception of school groups). This is a benefits card that grants you free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and much more!
