Tasteful and luxurious penthouse, near Kaprun and Zell am See

This modern and luxurious apartment building is located in the village of St Georgen, near famous Kaprun and Zell am See. The building consists of a total of five holiday homes, which can be rented either separately or as a whole. Your penthouse suite, luxurious, yet tastefully decorated, is located on the entire second floor. Very striking is the spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, fitted with modern appliances. You'll also have 4 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms at your disposal. Each bedroom has a 2-person bed, which can also be pushed apart to make 2 1-person beds plus an optional bunk bed, which can be folded down. Your holiday home also features a balcony. There's a shared ski-storage room on the ground floor. St Georgen is centrally located in the Salzburgerland, so that everything you might want to do in the summer is right nearby, from the many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, as well as hiking or mountainbiking in the magnificent nature. In winter, you'll reach the skiing areas of Zell am See in no time and it is possible to ski on the Kaprun glacier for a large part of the year. Note: the complex is under construction and will be ready in November 2018. The photos shown represent the level of comfort but may differ from reality.
